Sports Advisory Committee
The Sports and Recreation Advisory Committee will review and discuss the final design for the renewal and expansion of tennis courts at Town Centre Park. The project includes new tennis courts, a support building, a park service hub, and an interim expansion of Festival Lawn. Construction is set to begin in 2026 with completion in 2027.

Culture Services Advisory Committee
The Culture Services Advisory Committee will receive updates on the Fraser Mills Community Centre design, the 2026-2027 Streetscape Enhancement Program, and the Cultural Services Work Plan. They will also hear reports from youth delegations and cultural partner organizations.
