2025 be transferred to reserves as follows:
1. The General Fund surplus of $3,120,094 be transferred to the
Capital Fund Reserve;
2. The Wastewater Fund surplus of $199,629 be transferred to the
Wastewater Reserve;
3. The Water Fund surplus of $803,838 be transferred to the Water
Works Reserve; and
