Le Conseil décidera de la suppression des dispositions de réserve de zonage pour le patrimoine naturel et le karst
Le Conseil reçoit un rapport sur la mise à jour complète du Règlement de zonage, résumant les commentaires du public lors d'une réunion publique statutaire d'avril 2026. La principale décision est de savoir s'il faut supprimer les dispositions de réserve proposées (H2 pour le Système du patrimoine naturel et H5 pour le Karst identifié) qui exigeraient des études environnementales avant l'obtention des permis de construire. Le personnel recommande la suppression, citant le soutien du comté et le fait qu'aucune autre municipalité du comté de Grey n'applique de telles dispositions. Le Conseil chargera le personnel de présenter le règlement final pour adoption lors de la prochaine réunion.
- Les dispositions de réserve H2 pour le Système du patrimoine naturel (boisés, habitats fauniques) et H5 pour le Karst identifié ont suscité le plus de préoccupations du public

Joint Waste and Diversion Site Board
Le rapport sur les décharges de 2025 montre une capacité restante de 26 à 41 ans
Le Conseil conjoint du site de déchets et de diversion reçoit le Rapport de surveillance annuel 2025 pour la décharge Holland-Markdale, qui estime une durée de vie restante du site entre 19 et 41 ans selon la méthode de calcul. Le rapport suit la part de capacité de chaque municipalité : Grey Highlands a utilisé 14,3 % de son allocation de 50 %, il reste 35,7 % ; Chatsworth a utilisé 2,9 %, il reste 47,1 %. Lake Management Task Force (LMTF)
