Council Remuneration Committee

Le Comité de la rémunération du conseil examinera la recommandation d'un projet de règlement municipal sur la rémunération du conseil auprès du Comité des finances, de la propriété et du personnel. Le règlement établit un modèle mixte de salaire/indemnité journalière pour le prochain mandat du conseil, incluant un salaire de adjoint au préfet supérieur de 30 % à celui des conseillers ainsi qu'une allocation de conférence liée à l'IPC. Hastings/Quinte Emergency Services Committee

Committee recommends $108,500 contract for 10‑year Emergency Services Master Plan

The Hastings/Quinte Emergency Services Committee approved a recommendation to award RFP 25‑836 to Operational Research in Health for a 10‑year Emergency Services Master Plan, with an anticipated cost of $108,500 funded from the 2026 operating budget and reserves. The committee also approved a three‑month extension of the land ambulance service contract with Prince Edward County. It approved the award of medical‑supplies contract RFP 25‑836 to Allied Medical Instruments. Council seeks province to restore 2025 land ambulance funding
