Special Meeting of Council

Le Conseil examine une demande de programme de réduction des frais de développement

Le Conseil décidera s'il doit présenter une demande au programme fédéral-provincial de réduction des frais de développement qui réduirait les frais de développement résidentiel de 30 à 60 % pendant trois ans, en échange de subventions allant jusqu'à 8,1 M$ pour trois projets d'infrastructure : le MURC, l'urbanisation de Clark Road et la reconstruction de Wallace Line. Le rapport estime un avantage financier net de 6,8 à 7,4 M$ selon le niveau de réduction. Le Conseil examinera également l'autorisation de règlements de débentures pour les projets MURC et d'urbanisation de Clark Road afin de soutenir les demandes de financement auprès de l'Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation.

Committee recommends Roof Tile Management Inc. for bandstand restoration
