Additionally, the Committee will recommend updates to Council Policy No. EDS‑19 regarding allocation of reserve‑fund monies. Finally, the Committee will recommend amendments to Traffic Bylaw No. 23‑30, Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 44‑14, and Municipal Ticket Information Bylaw No. 43‑15 to adjust parking rates, fines, and event parking.
