Committee of the Whole

Committee will consider multiple property acquisition reports in closed session

The Committee of the Whole will appoint members to the Audit Committee and several advisory boards, receive updates from the Sarnia‑Lambton Economic Partnership, Tourism Sarnia‑Lambton and the Western Sarnia‑Lambton Research Park, and consider reports requiring motions on land stewardship, building‑inspector by‑law, the 2026 services and fees schedule, reserves, and affordable housing. In a closed‑session, the committee will receive reports and give instructions on acquiring property in the Township of Dawn‑Euphemia, a roundabout project at County Roads 8 and 22, a development on George Street in Sarnia, and another acquisition in the City of Sarnia. It will also present the 2026 County of Lambton draft budget.
