Development Services Committee reviews multiple minor variance and consent applications

The Development Services Committee will consider several minor variance applications for properties such as 14 Dorothys Drive, 18 Moonstone Crescent, 760 Line 9 South, and 2239 Lakeshore Road East. It will also review a consent application for 750 Mount Saint Louis Road East and a zoning by‑law amendment application for Garrett Developments Barrie Ltd. Additionally, a preservice agreement for tree harvesting by Craighurst Limited Partnership will be discussed.
