improving open spaces for recreation, increasing access and inclusion to recreation, and offering quality
initiatives that increase physical activity. She explained that an adult subsidy program has been passed by
the Argyle Recreation Commission.

from the business, and a development agreement is necessary for aquaculture activities in the Coastal
Community (CC) Zone. The proposal is consistent with the intent of the Municipal Planning Strategy in the
opinion of staff.

Warden Nicole Albright called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.

the meeting. This is an initiative by Argyle Recreation which normalizes movement in meetings.
