The committee also approved diverting Q1 casino revenue of $1,102,466 to the Hospital Redevelopment Reserve Fund, closed the Social Services Contingency Reserve, established a Replacement Tree Planting Reserve, updated several finance policies, approved capital project funding revisions, and directed vesting and sale of property at 129 Erie Avenue.
