Council to rezone two School Street properties to mid‑rise apartment commercial
At the regular council meeting, members will adopt the minutes from December 2025 meetings and approve the 2026 Financial Plan Bylaw. They will award a $38.75 per infield contract for Ball Diamond grooming and consider several zoning bylaw amendments, including rezoning two School Street parcels to a C9 mid‑rise apartment commercial zone and other residential rezoning changes. The council will also review density‑benefits regulations, a development permit for Luckakuck Way, and temporary use permits for Stevenson Road and First Avenue.
