Ben Smith (BC Forest Service), Patrick Ferguson (Molly Creek Forestry), and
Darlene Vegh (Gitxsan Laxyip Management Office) presented the results of the
Anderson Flats cultural burn. More than 30 participants, including members of
the Gitanmaax/Hazelton Fire Department, BC Wildfire Service, Wilp Nikate’en,
and Lax’yip Firekeepers, took part in the two-day burn. The project provided
