Amendment to the City of Lethbridge Lot Grading Bylaw (Bylaw 6519)
The Community Issues Committee will consider a proposed amendment to Bylaw 5917, the City’s Lot Grading Bylaw, presented as Bylaw 6519. The committee will also receive confidential draft 2025 unaudited financial information (ATIA Sections 28, 29, 31) and a report on leaseholder discussions and concerns (ATIA Sections 29, 32). These items are scheduled for discussion during the March 4, 2026 meeting.

The nomination for the position of Vice-Chair was accepted by Deputy Mayor

Deputy Mayor Schmidt-Rempel was declared elected through acclamation as Vice-
Chair for the Community Issues Committee effective immediately, expiring at the
