Thank you. RUR, a variety of residential zones. Our recent public meeting as a joint is 3 IHR 233, which is the RUR Zone. The first thing that RUR Zone 1 must be proposed 452 square meters. All those yachts in my street are in the 400 square meters. I'm just wondering why it is included on the display as an RUR Zone. I'm not going to get that. You have your contact information. Okay. Okay, thank you. I'm not going to get that. I'm going to get that. I'm not going to get that. and that's not something that I can support and it doesn't seem to be a person. It's not something that I can't control or any other words with 10-99 support that trial and all-knownness and through -voting medicine, and the other community that are on the way and provide things that can be used as that validation. And I think that's not a practice that comes from a lot of function of oral and that's what I've got to come over are even easier to have and when needs are being funded. And then other buildings are a company that we are protecting our families and our communities from those treatments and recluse in the future. And also I'd like to be able to introduce the news to ESR as original finance for the classroom safety of either 2211 . Thanks for your time. Yes, I'm going to be in the next. I'm going to be in the next.

Thank you. Okay, let me see what we have information. Okay, let me see what we have here at Nacleridge. I'm going to speak to you since I came to 10.1. We can all agree that Nacleridge needs more to use and will use. I disagree with the approach that we may hope and comment to get this proposal. We are increasingly close to seeing the future of the major project, although it is a Nacleridge project, with a 30% over budget of two years earlier. Now the reason for that project problems were the environmental, geological, and Nacleridge. So all three of those problems could be present in the western portion of this project. First off of the landscape, we're going to lose a lot of mature trees, and then we're going to lose a lot of mature trees. Secondly, geological, that area is unstable geological. So all three of those trees are full of red line in the area. And thirdly, there's a place for the infinite people in this area. So we need to apply the meter. It's unusual, we need to be, not, I think it's not too long , but we have that would cause more archaeological, but the good time is rising so close to the bottom. It's not a lot of projects running down to these problems. And it's pretty much. And it's increased by, I'm assuming that it's 20%. We are currently, personally, buried in the tree, close to $80 million in this project. And this project, I'm still over the day. Who is there paying for it? Nobody wants to pay for it. It's not about spending the wealth of course, whic …
