For the information of all, we will consider each application in accordance with the order specified in the agenda. Additional copies are available on the back table. Anyone present who wishes to speak in support of or against the statement, or who has questions or concerns, will have the opportunity to speak. The committee will make a decision on each application. If anyone present is not an applicant or agent but is interested in the committee's decision, you may communicate your interest to our Secretary- Treasurer. Please provide the case number, your full name and mailing address. Copies of the decisions will be automatically sent to the applicant and agent within 15 days of today's meeting. Only the applicant, the Minister, a specified person or any public body may appeal decisions on consent or minor variation applications to the Ontario Land Tribunal. Decisions are final unless appeals are filed within 20 days of the committee's decision.
