So there's kind of the image that was on the cover. Just a little bit bigger. That's from Olive looking north west we'll say. Maybe a little more north than that. You can kind of see there all the other houses there kind of in that same built form. So yeah so this is maybe not the best elevation to start with in terms of explaining. Maybe I'll go to I'll go to the yeah this is a good one. So this is from this is the east elevation. So I guess looking west. So this is existing. So you can kind of see. My mouse does work on there. Yeah you can kind of see there kind of it drops down in the back there kind of the the rear portion of the building. I don't know if that's historically more …

Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the Economic and Development Services Committee meeting of June 1st. It's a new month, great month ahead, lots of great things in our city. It is 1.30 and we're going to start the meeting. Just want to acknowledge that for those who are in attendance, the meeting's being recorded and web streamed and captioned. And for those participating electronically, the clerk has muted all microphones and if you wish to speak, just notify us. If you have a motion, just need to notify the clerks and make sure that that is in writing. For those that are attending the council chamber, just understand that you do so voluntarily and the attendance in the meeting is photographed and vide otaped. I'm just going to ask, after I introduce the committee, to have our commissioner introduce staff and welcome everyone from that point. We'll get into the meeting. I'm going to welcome Councillor Chapman as our vice chair. I'm going to welcome Councillor Gray, who's operating virtually, Councillor Kerr, who's here, and Mayor Dan Carter as well as part of our committee. And I'm your chair, Councillor Tito-Doncio-Marian Pietri. As well, I think online is only Councillor Gray, no one else. We have Councillor Lee in the chamber. And our staff are present, beginning with our commissioner, Anthony Ambra, who I welcome, and everyone on our staff team who's participating either online or here in the chamber. Good afternoon. Good afternoon, Chair Mayor Pietri. …
