Le conseil examinera la troisième lecture et l'adoption du règlement modificatif de zonage du Village de Pemberton (6991 Highway 99 – Tisdale) n° 1017. Il donnera également instruction au personnel d'établir des fonds de réserve pour les frais de développement et pour le maintien de l'ordre par contrat municipal de la GRC, ainsi que de préparer des règlements pour une nouvelle structure de frais d'inspection des incendies. Les autres points comprennent la création d'un comité consultatif sur l'accessibilité et l'inclusion ainsi que les première, deuxième et troisième lectures de plusieurs autres règlements.

Le Conseil fixera les taux d'imposition de 2026 et le plan financier quinquennal
Le Conseil examinera plusieurs règlements municipaux, notamment le Plan financier quinquennal 2026-2030, les taux d'imposition annuels, les tarifs d'eau et d'égouts, ainsi qu'un règlement sur la réglementation du bruit. Une politique d'application de la réglementation sur le bruit est également soumise à approbation. The Village of Pemberton Council will consider several land‑use and bylaw actions at its February 10 meeting. Items include a development variance permit for the Parkside Phase 1 setbacks at 7362 Pemberton Farm Road East, first and second readings of Zoning Amendment (Residential Consolidation) Bylaw No. 1007, and adoption of three other bylaws covering the Nkwúkwma neighbourhood, council funding procedures, and animal licence fees.
