Uh before we get into our regular council agenda, we do have a a committee of adjustment matter to deal with. So, I'll call the committee of adjustment meeting to order first. Uh and under that agenda, we have a public meeting which is being held under section 53 of the planning act to consider a consent application. Uh the application is listed as application number B26-01 and it's for the property located at 801 to 821 O of Jiuway Road in the town of Shelurn. The applicant is proposing to sever the subject property to create two separate parcels. The application also proposes the establishment of servicing and access easements to support the proposed lot configuration. So with that, I will ask clerk for the method notice for tonight's public meeting. Notice that today's public meeting was advertised local. >> Excellent. So, if you turn to page nine of your package, first thing we'll begin with is the balance sheet. Um, the balance current period would reflect August 2025. The beginning balance statement is January 2025. I do think it's practical to see the before and after simply because we have $116,000 in the bank, but if we had $2 million before, that would be important to know, you know, but you can see we've gone from 99 to $116,000 during the year. In the investment reserve fund, we have $122,000 there. We only update that once a year at the annual report. We're getting about 4% interest on the money right now. So, it will be a little more than that. Probably the largest change there is the total reserve fund went from 28,896 to 61,000. And that's because we've got some coochi money. We got money $50,000 towards the parking lot this year from the coun …
