1. Call to Order
K. Novia, Supervisor of By-law and Animal Services, addressed the appellant
and introduced the Committee. Ms. Novia outlined the authority of the Municipal
Licensing and Standards Committee and explained that the Committee has all of
the powers of the Property Standards Officer and Animal Services Officer and
may confirm, rescind, or modify the Order.

There were no declarations of conflict of interest.

Appeal # PSA 26-02, File/Order # 26-103843
D. Allan, Enforcement Services Officer, provided an overview of the
Property Standards Order for 30 Teardrop Crescent, issued on May 13,

2026. Mr. Allan advised that the Order followed a drainage complaint and
inspection, and required reinstatement of the swale and alteration of the
elevation by June 3, 2026.
