At the May 4, 2026 regular council meeting, Rossland Council will vote on several financial bylaws, including the adoption of the 2026‑2030 Five‑Year Financial Plan (Bylaw 2861), the 2026 Municipal Tax Rate (Bylaw 2869), and the Water and Sewer Parcel Tax bylaws (2858 and 2857). The council will also approve amendments to the Permissive Tax Exemption policy, rescind the Energy Efficient Building Incentive policy, and approve the Community Grant Funding policy. A request will be considered to install a Royal Canadian Legion commemorative crosswalk at Washington Street and First Avenue.
