Le conseil décidera de la mise en œuvre des recommandations à court terme de l'examen du processus d'approbation des développements et d'un règlement de zonage pour se conformer aux exigences provinciales en matière de bonus de densité (projet de loi 16-2024). La commission décidera d'autoriser l'équipe de hockey U18AA d'OMAHA à utiliser le Sunbelt Arena pour la saison 2026-2027 avec un usage exclusif des vestiaires moyennant des frais initiaux de 500 $ et 50 $/mois. Ils examineront également la réallocation de 32 000 $ de fonds de capital pour la livraison de produits chimiques pour les piscines et les panneaux électriques à Hassen et IPE, autoriseront l'attribution directe de ce projet à Tillicum Electric, et lanceront un appel d'offres (RFP) pour des vendeurs mobiles saisonniers pour Memorial Park.
