Council to consider Land Use Amendment Bylaw No. 1028
The Spirit River Town Council meeting on March 9, 2026 will adopt the February 17 minutes and receive a delegation from RCMP Sgt. Adam Stokes presenting the Community Priorities Plan and crime statistics. Council will hear reports from the CAO and finance, and discuss several new‑business items including a community‑history video partnership, a new pension plan for full‑time staff, a support request from the Central Peace Food Bank, applications for the recreation committee, a follow‑up on a 2009 AMWWP grant, and Land Use Amendment Bylaw No. 1028. The council will also review the revised Snow Removal Policy PW01.
