Council will receive a report recommending that the late permissive tax exemption request be rejected, maintaining the current policy. Council will also consider introducing Recognition Program Policy No. 235, which would repeal Policies 32 and 215 and be reviewed again in February 2027.

Council to adopt Zoning Bylaw No. 2430 for Williams Lake
The council will consider adopting Zoning Bylaw No. 2430 after receiving Ministry approval. It will also approve a letter of support for a SPARC BC accessibility grant of up to $25,000 for City Hall and the Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex. An amendment to the NDIT grant will be voted on, increasing the internship program request to $60,000 with a city contribution of $12,500. Additional items include reports on public hearings for the Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaws and several city‑hall lighting proclamations.
