Thank you. Next on the agenda is land acknowledgement. Thank you. Before we begin, I would like to acknowledge that this meeting is taking place on the shared traditional ancestral and unceded territories of the Sawas in, Homasqueam and other Coast Salish peoples. We extend our appreciation to these First Nations for the opportunity to hold this meeting here today in North Delta. Madam Clerk. Thank you. Next is agenda endorsement. A motion to approve the agenda of the July 27, 2026 meeting is in order. Council. It's been moved. Seconded. Been seconded. Any discussion? All those in favour? And carried. And that brings us to announcements. I want to begin by acknowledging the recent passing of Noor aj Wale, a respected community leader and dedicated volunteer who served as secretary and head of operations for the Guru Nanak Food Bank and as a director of the Delta Chamber of Commerce. Through his compassion and commitment to serving others, No oraj made a lasting impact on countless individuals and families throughout our community. His leadership and dedication to community services will be deeply missed. On behalf of Delta Council, I would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to Nooraj's family, friends and colleagues. This past Saturday, Council and I were honoured to join members of the Ladner Legion in celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Legion. Thank you. And that takes us to Delegations, Item 4. Item 4.1 is TransLink South of Fraser East Area Transport Plan, Project Update and Phase 1 Public Engagement Results with a presentation by Matt Craig, Director of System Planning at TransLink and Adam Lougheed, Senior Pl anner at TransLink. Could you come forward please? It's good to see you again Matt. Thank you. Good evening, Mayor and Council. I'm happy to be here. My name is Matt Craig. I'm the Director of System Planning at TransLink. I'm joined here by the project team, Adam Lougheed, as well as Eric and Erin from our Government Relations Team. I know you've done a land acknowledgement already. Just to add to that, I think it's really important to note that at TransLink, we recognize that in planning and managing the region's transportation system, we have a significant role to play in supporting reconciliation with Indigenous people. So why am I here? You know, there's always numerous things underway connected with Delta that are happening at TransLink. Sometimes they're system-wide. I know our Vice President, Sarah Ross, was here last year to introduce our 2025 investment plan. Some of the things we're working on are kind of immediate or ongoing. We're always implementing new service changes. Over the last year, we've made improvements to a number of services connecting particularly to industrial and employment areas. And we're actively doing some engagement beyond this plan, specifically looking at Tilbury and Ann …
