Council approved extending COVID-19 grant programs and the temporary patio program until December 31, 2021, using $13,500 of remaining 2020 funds. They also received a presentation on a modular youth housing project at 20898 Dalton Road, directed staff to approve Parcel D for the Ontario Water Centre, and endorsed a grant application for expanding the Public Works Facility. Several smaller items were approved, including removing 30 Hadden Road from the Heritage Register and approving five economic development grants.

Georgina Accessibility Advisory Committee
The Georgina Accessibility Advisory Committee is meeting to elect a chair and vice-chair, adopt prior minutes, and hear a presentation from ABC Recreation about Julia Munro Park in Sutton. Members will also discuss accessibility upgrades at Sutton Arena, external funding protocols, and set goals for 2021.
