- Awarded 2023 Pavement Rehabilitation Program - Phase One contract to Jack Cewe Construction Ltd. for $1,384,841.85 plus taxes
- Approved 15% contingency for pavement contract adjustments ($207,726.28 excluding taxes)
- Gave third reading to Bylaw No. 7816-2021 to rezone 11410 297 Street for a fourplex
- Gave first reading to Bylaw No. 7922-2023 to rezone 22238 124 Avenue for 26 townhouse units
- Required applicant for 22238 124 Avenue to provide further information per Development Procedures Bylaw No. 5879-1999
- Approved the May 23, 2023, meeting agenda
- Adopted minutes from April 25, May 9, and May 16, 2023
- Received May 23, 2023, Consent Agenda into the record
