Council approved a revised boot and clothing allowance policy for full-time staff, and temporarily allowed the Director of Recreation & Culture position to use higher compensation levels (resulting salary range $76,081 to $96,246). They also approved job descriptions for two Administrative Assistant positions, adopted the 2021-2025 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, and accepted the resignation of Councillor Tyler Hoy effective December 1, 2021. Council decided not to hold a by-election to fill the vacancy, preferring to discuss options at the next meeting. Several by-laws were passed, including two Part Lot Control exemptions for Moderna Homes and an amendment to the Officers & Committees by-law.
