The Strategic Planning Committee will review examples of strategic plans from other municipalities, then develop and refine 2-4 high-level goals under each of three approved Strategic Pillars: Strengthen Community Vitality & Quality of Life, Enable Sustainable Growth & Development, and Build Partnerships, Capacity & Community Identity. The Committee will also review a proposed community engagement contest and follow up on movie licensing information.
