Committee of Adjustment

Committee approves minor variance to increase accessory lot coverage at 22 Rintas Road

The Greenstone Committee of Adjustment will decide on Minor Variance Application MV-2026-003 for the property at 22 Rintas Road. The variance seeks to raise the maximum accessory building lot coverage from 2% to 9.49% in the Waterfront Residential (RW) zone. Staff and the retained consultant WSP concluded the proposal satisfies the four tests for a minor variance under Section 45(1) of the Planning Act. No public comments were received and the Ministry of Natural Resources raised no concerns.

Le Conseil tient une audience publique pour envisager de modifier le barème des frais de permis de construire afin d'inclure un ajustement annuel basé sur l'Indice des prix à la consommation (IPC).
