Minor Variance - A01-2026 (995636 MONO-ADJALA TOWNLINE) The applicant is seeking relief from Section 5.1(c)(ii)(c) of the Town of Mono Zoning By-law 78-1, as amended, to permit a total accessory building area of approximately 699.5 m² (7,530 sq. ft.), whereas a maximum of 600 m² (6,459 sq. ft.) is permitted for lots greater than 2 ha (5 ac).
