1. Minor Variance - A01-2026 (995636 MONO-ADJALA TOWNLINE)
The applicant is seeking relief from Section 5.1(c)(ii)(c) of the Town of Mono Zoning By-law
78-1, as amended, to permit a total accessory building area of approximately 699.5 m²
(7,530 sq. ft.), whereas a maximum of 600 m² (6,459 sq. ft.) is permitted for lots greater than
2 ha (5 ac).
The variance is required to allow the construction of a new 240 m² (2,400 sq. ft.) agricultural
storage building.

2. Minor Variance - A02-2026 (594228 Blind Line)
The applicant seeks relief from Section 20(2)(e) of Zoning Bylaw 78-1, as amended, Interior
yard setback of 9.15 m to allow a reduced setback of 4.8m. The proposed variance is
required to permit the existing buildings to remain in their current locations.
The applicant, as the new owner of the property, is pursuing the necessary building permits
to legalize the existing structures and bring the property into compliance with applicable
zoning and building regulations.
