Budget meeting #4 to review capital and operating budgets

Council will hold its fourth budget meeting, reviewing proposed capital projects and operating expenditures for 2026. Attachments cover capital budgets for administration, fire, bridges, roads, public works, water, and recreation, as well as operating budgets for general government, protective services, environmental services, public services, cemeteries, recreation, and planning.
