All right, everybody. Thanks for joining us for our February 11th regular council meeting. Um I'd like to start just by respectfully acknowledging the land on which we're gathered. This is the unceded territory of the K'ómoks First Nation, the traditional keepers of our land. Before we begin today, I want to acknowledge the tragic tragic events in Tumbler Ridge. Like many across British Columbia, our community is grieving the lives lost and the profound impact this has had on students, families, educators, and first responders. On behalf of council and the people of Courtenay, I want to extend our deepest condolences to everyone affected. Our hearts are with the Tumbler Ridge community during this incredibly difficult time. Moments like this remind us how connected we are as communities. We hold another a little closer. We check on friends and neighbors. And we remember that kindness matters. Flags at uh city facilities have been lowered to half-mast in remembrance. And I would ask that we take a moment of silence now to honor the lives lost and all those affected. Thank you, everybody. Um We'll uh move into uh our regular uh agenda. And we start off with our regular council minutes from January 28th. And are there any errors or omissions in those minutes? Seeing none, we'll accept those unanimously and we'll move into delegations. And we have the Comox Valley Citizens on Patrol and I'll pass it over to Michelle. Hi, everyone. I'm Michelle Jones.
