Thank you. Okay. Thank you. least if we did nothing else not to win the line or anything it would just make uh the most sense that you would replace it at the gate uh on the other side of 22nd avenue so we don't have to dig up 22nd again and then run your pvc pipe down the 20th and at least then any you know that should eliminate any future breaks and the the problem i guess i'd be less concerned if it was on flat ground and this flat ground water's not going to go anywhere as fast and this this certainly has that's that bank is probably about a 15 degree slope and the pictures of the water coming down when the fire department showed up was it was literally a river they actually you know like they took a double look for how much water because it was literally a river coming between the two houses and that's an awful lot of water in a very short period of time absolutely um do we have any other pipes that are at this level well well i guess uh the short answer is is yes you have a lot of and a lot of asbestos concrete pipe uh throughout the community i don't know if we what percentage you would be able to guess 50 percent so about 50 percent so i mean it's and and you know the asbestos concrete pipes can last tremendous amount of times especially if they're vetted properly um in this case here um like say the risk is is that because you're on a slope and where the water will go with it breaks and this is what it and that's what happens so since these people have have endured o …

Thank you. is sitting. So when we have something a bit more concrete of the disturbing committee, some options for the planning guidance or outcome, then we 're bringing it to the operation table and the licensee are the ones who are going to be implementing our plan. So they can tell us this is, you know, feasible or this is to have input and feedback from the suggestions that we have at that point. And if need be, we can create technical working group, which we have it at this point. So who leads the work? So we have Yakanuki, KNC, Squalax, BC Government, Adams Lake Indian Band and Shushwa Band. Those are all members and partners at the steering committee. And now comes the part that's probably more interesting for you, and I'll pass it on to Mo. Thanks, Jean-Bièvre. And hi to everyone in the room. Thank you so much for having us. My name is Mo Nadeau. I'm based in Nelson, along with Jean- Bièvre and Karen. And I'm supporting the public engagement side of the forest landscape planning for the Kootenai Lake timber supply area. So that's kind of what I'm going to chat about for this next little bit here. Really, we're now moving into working with the public as well as local government and specifically engaged interest groups or organizations to really try and understand and identify the values of, you know, the people that live here, the people that work here, those that recreate and those types of things. And so we are currently, you know, as Jean-Bièvre mentioned, we have c …

Thank you. I will now explain the Thank you. It's only for four summers. There's just a lot of bump-down going on over the years. I'm just pointing this out. If you all want to look into it, you can. So just a lot more choices with council, and future councilors are going to be sad with your decisions. I own an apartment building. I don't want to have – when vacancies go up, I've got to compete with the town of Crescent. That's not a smart thing. You don't compete with your own tax-paying dollars. So anyway, there's some real issues. If you can pay attention to this as a business owner, as such, I don't think a lot of the plans go on to this whole project. I think it should be scrapped. That's my opinion. And my name is Keith O'Fourth, by the way. And so I guess, as it says here, anyone who believes their interest may be affected by the proposed bylaws will be heard. The proposed bylaws have to do with changing the community use to a parking lot. You haven't stated how this affects your interest. You're speaking – you're giving me an opinion. But unless you can clearly articulate how this – this affects your interest. The kids. The kids shouldn't have to cross the street. They're not crossing the street. So – I'm not barking on the other side. This is not – Watch, you're going to be tied up. Think about – agree for a process, Adam, please. Yeah, I'm not here to argue with you. No, okay. You just think about it. You've given us your verbal submission. And I appreciate that. Is …
