The Kawartha Lakes Municipal Heritage Committee endorsed the final Heritage Designation Strategy and forwarded it to Council for approval. The committee also approved two facade restoration permits (180 Kent St W and 46 Regent St) and directed staff to prepare a heritage evaluation report for the Georgian Bay & Seaboard Railway abutments. Other items included receiving updates on a new sign by-law, Indigenous reconciliation strategy, and Doors Open planning.
