Committee to approve consent for new 1.65‑acre lot at 4825 Lakeshore Road 303

The Committee of Adjustment will consider three applications: a minor variance for 282 Majestic Drive to allow a patio and covered terrace, a minor variance for 2186 Rochester Townline to permit a temporary additional residential unit, and a consent application to create a new 1.65‑acre lot at 4825 Lakeshore Road 303. Recommendations are to approve each application subject to the listed conditions. The meeting will also approve the minutes from the December 10, 2025 meeting and complete any unfinished business.
