Next item is adoption of the agenda. And I will move that the agenda be adopted as circulated with the following amendments. We have a couple of typos and there's one item to add. Replacing the memo for item 7.1 adoption of ACC bylaw and DCC bylaw number 3550 with the memo as provided in the on-table package. That's due to a typo. Replacing the memo for 11.2 heritage alteration permit 101 First Avenue with the memo as provided the on-table package. Same reason. Thank you, thank you, Thank you. space for um or at least amenity space within the the application itself and the tree canopy side of it i do like the only other thing i'll mention is um garbage sometimes when it comes to pick up with those trucks that you're using those bigger bins i'm not sure where that garbage bin would go where the truck could pull in properly without blocking the lane or the street um or that the bin wouldn't be sitting out in the middle of the street waiting to be picked up at a certain angle because it doesn't have as much setback on the back but just things to consider as far as movement of commercial vehicles coming to pick up garbage in a larger um units than that than what would be required for example in a single family or a fourplex or townhouse development etc um because they have the larger garbage bins um those are my thoughts on that um i see mayor ladi has her hand up for another comment or question i have actually got a question for the um for the applicant okay um so uh we can do that um if we have the ability to unmute the park view room then we could ask that question and get a response all right go ahead mayor ladi hi um so i appreciate you being here tonight and um hopefully you're taking uh you're sort of um understanding where where the comments are coming from but my question for you um is there has been some discussion about the parking by more than one of us um what was the considerat …

Thank you, thank you, Thank you. of like to take a look at that but i also want to recognize and remind council that this is early input we're not um we're not rendering any decisions tonight we're not making any recommendations this is just an opportunity for council to take a first look and i mean i've seen a lot worse on early input um and i think there's a lot to like here um so yeah my thoughts would be i wonder if we can maybe um shrink the unit sizes a bit to also get a smaller floor plate and i also am worried about the parking and again um the province has said there doesn't have to be a minimum of parking anymore um but for marketing purposes and for making the neighbors happy i really worry um for the applicant that eight's not going to cut it um there's people are going to park on the street that's going to upset the neighbors um and even though this is allowed under the provincial legislation um i i think i think that might become a problem as it moves along but otherwise um lots to like there's nothing there's nothing out of out of pocket with it with this application um this is this is the new reality that cities are dealing with and um hopefully i'm here when this project comes back thank you bye all right thank you councillor nobles i have councillor dil worth and then councillor lubick thank you chair morrison um first of all i heard a recommendation to a reference to a staff recommendation and i want to be clear …

That being said, I also recognize that the applicant is absolutely entitled to bring this forward. This is TOA. And like I said, it's actually quite an attractive building, but I'm concerned for the applicant that the massing might become an issue down the road. I wish that the sustainability scorecard had been more fully completed. I would like to take a look at that. But I also want to recognize and remind council that this is early input. We're not rendering any decisions tonight. We're not making any recommendations. This is just an opportunity for council to take a first look. And I mean , I've seen a lot worse on early input.
