The applicant is proposing to subdivide 3 lots from 263 Loch Lomond Road and a portion of 0 Linda Court. Because 263 Loch Lomond has a narrow street frontage of only 19m, only two of the proposed lots can front directly onto Loch Lomond Road. To resolve this, Lot 25-3 (as shown on the Tentative Subdivision Plan) will be situated behind the others, maintaining legal access via a private street and a formal, recorded access agreement.

Amendments to the Municipal Plan are proposed to formally adopt the Secondary Plan and its Future Land Use Plan, initiating its implementation.
