Planning Advisory Committee

The Planning Advisory Committee will decide on a rezoning, variances, and subdivision for 195 townhouse units at 459 Woodville Road and 400 Lowell Street. It will also consider an amendment for incidental vehicle sales at an auto body shop at 155 Sandy Point Road, and the release of city land at 0 Mountain View Drive for a vehicle exit.

Common Council

Council will vote on a consent agenda that includes approving minutes, a crematorium use, cleanup of an unsightly property, funding for crosswalk upgrades, and a donation for St. Peter's Ballfield. Several citizen correspondences on topics like data centres, red light cameras, and overnight parking bans will be received or referred.
