The sub-committee recommended that Council support the Stratford Fire Department adopting a new tiered medical dispatch system from London Central Ambulance Communication Centre, covering Purple, Red, and selected other medical responses. It also directed staff to negotiate a new Tiered Response Agreement with Perth County EMS. The recommendation was carried. Additionally, two reports were received for information: the WPCP digester roof and mixing system replacement (revised cost $3.663M) and the 2025 WPCP annual report.
