guitar solo Thank you. telling her story and all of the things that she did. She was recognized by the mayor. She was recognized by the province at that time. Her memory certainly lives on in this community. And our Plus 55 Club probably wouldn't be what it is today without the work that Alice begun many years ago. But there's one quote from one of the articles that just really stands out in my mind, and it's this. I remember one of the unique things they did was they had a lymphathon. This was opposed to a marathon, since these were all seniors, of course. They had a route and sponsors to help raise money. Just unique thoughts, and I can only imagine that she brought a lot of life and a lot of joy and enthusiasm to the work that she did with the seniors in this community. So really happy to see her name being added to the list today. Thank you. Okay. We have a motion, debate, and we'll vote. Thank you. Councillor Harvey. Yes, in favor. It's carried 9-0. And was there a request for a photo op? Nope. And floor is yours when you're ready. Good morning, Mayor of Franken, councillors. My name is Chris Miller. I'm the acting manager of cultural services. Thank you. I just wanted to say, Thank you. We've made you. Thank you. what our rules are, to see if we're up to date with them. Okay. I'm trying to understand, do we have the ability to affect changes in commercial areas that are already built out? Or is that what you're asking for, is to look and see is there a possibility of tweaking that as well? I suspect we're going to be looking mostly ahead for newer facilities. That being said, if we know that there are going to be things that are well offside, if there's places that just don't have any bicycle parking at all, there may be something we'd want to review with the folks that are there to see if they can do that. And final question. This is referring to bicycles only, not e-scooters? Given that e-scooters are still not fully legal to be used on public roadways, I would be leery to be, you know, us wanting to not only, you know, tepidly condone them, but also to be actively supporting them by including them in the motion. Okay. Thank you. Questions for clarification? Councillor Derbyshire. Thank you, Mr. Mayor. My question follows a little bit on what Councillor Tini was mentioning. Was there an opportunity to consider short-term rentals in here, or is that a different policy altogether that we are already looking at? I suspect that would be a different policy. I tried to keep this narrow to just the end of the ride for people on their bicycle there to be able to find somewhere to do it. End of trip infrastructure is what …

Thank you. Okay. Thank you. 4.1. Thank you. So we'll take a look. tax cutting and the budget deficit cycle and then the last one there is immigration and so labor workforce in the U.S. of course has shrunk and it shrunk in some pretty critical sectors like construction and agriculture and so that's also going to be a detractor for them from the U.S. GDP going forwards and so really what we're trying to do here is say okay so we're seeing growth in the U.S. is it sustainable what are the factors going into it and it turns out that a lot of the factors are actually somewhat temporary a lot of the AI build-out has been completed there's an expectation that it's going to continue but a lot of it is done and already baked in so we're not necessarily going to see these same growth levels going forwards and that's going to be something that impacts how the U.S. sets their policy rates if they actually do start to get a slowdown that's going to kind of be a further push for interest rates to go lower which is sort of combating inflation which wants interest rates higher so still a pretty tough time to be the Fed but if we move on to the next slide so diving a little bit more into immigration and the workforce and again this whole AI investment so without putting you to sleep we'll talk a little bit of economics in terms of labor productivity total factor productivity so labor productivity significant increase from 2016 2019 into like the last Q4 survey result and this is fairly uns u …
