Council approved the 2025 Consolidated Financial Statements and related trust and utility statements as audited by Millard, Rouse & Rosebrugh LLP. It also adopted the Tillsonburg Cultural Master Plan and Annandale NHS Strategic Plan, and passed a by-law to adopt them. Council supported an Official Plan amendment and zone change for a 16-unit stacked townhouse at 1 Walnut Drive and 1 and 3 Chestnut Drive, and approved a minor variance at 241 Lisgar Avenue. Several other items were approved, including a new Procedural Bylaw, an Election Signs Bylaw, and a request to the province for a Highway 19 safety review.

Approved the 2025 audited financial statements for the Town, Trust Funds, Sanitary Sewer, and Water & Wastewater.
Adopted the Tillsonburg Cultural Master Plan and Annandale NHS Strategic Plan via By-Law 2026-069.
Supported Official Plan amendment OP 25-14-7 and approved in principle zone change ZN 7-25-11 for a 16-unit stacked townhouse at 1 Walnut Drive and 1 and 3 Chestnut Drive.
Approved minor variance A04-26 at 241 Lisgar Avenue, reducing the rear yard setback to 1.7 m for a single detached dwelling.
Deferred by-law 2026-088 for zone change ZN 7-26-06 to the next meeting and directed staff to consult residents at 97 and 99 Allen Street about relocating a storage shed.
Approved a new Procedural Bylaw (2026-070) and repealed four previous procedural by-laws.
Repealed the old Election Signs Bylaw and referred new By-Law 2026-081 to the by-law section.
Requested the Ontario Ministry of Transportation conduct a comprehensive collision and traffic safety review of Highway 19 between Tillsonburg and Highway 401.
