Debt financing could be done both internally from reserves and externally through the use of a financial institution. Council approves $150,000 design contract for Westshore Sports Dome

The Council adopted several zoning by‑law amendments for properties at 3900 Menoke Beach Road and 2458 Wainman Line, and a Part Lot Control exemption for the Turnbull Subdivision. It approved $150,000 for the design of a Sports Dome/Field House on the Westshore Recreation Property and directed staff to issue a request for architectural services. The Council also passed By‑laws 2026‑08, 2026‑09 and 2026‑10 and adopted a resolution opposing changes to the OMERS governance model.
