Notice is hereby provided that under the authority of the Municipal Act,
2001 and in accordance with Municipal Freedom of Information and
Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), that all information attained is

Committee of Adjustment
Committee to vote on three property severance applications
The Stone Mills Committee of Adjustment will decide on three consent (severance) applications for property divisions at Hooper Road, 923 County Road 1, and 1820 Bethel Road. Each application is recommended for provisional approval subject to conditions including road widening, well requirements, cash-in-lieu of parkland, and karst topography assessments. The decisions will determine whether these lot creations proceed.
- CON2025-0026 – Hinch/Nolan: provisional approval of severance on Hooper Road with conditions including consolidation with adjacent lands and karst evaluation.
- CON2025-0022 – Corriveau: lot creation at 923 County Road 1 with conditions involving a 0.3m reserve along County Road 1, mutual entrance permit, and well requirements.
- CON2025-0030 – Westendorp: severance at 1820 Bethel Road with conditions including road widening up to 5m, well establishment on both parcels, and karst hazard assessment.
- Cash-in-lieu of parkland of $2,500 required for the Corriveau severed lot.
- All applications require completion of conditions within two years and payment of outstanding taxes.

the County of Lennox and Addington Official Plan and the Township
of Stone Mills Official Plan, and complies with the requirements of
