RECOMMENDATION
That the Committee of Adjustment provisionally approve Consent
Application (CON 2025-0026), subject to the following conditions, as
the application is consistent with the general purpose and intent of
the County of Lennox and Addington Official Plan and the Township
of Stone Mills Official Plan, and complies with the requirements of

Zoning By-Law Number 2014-744, as amended. The application is
technical in nature and is in keeping with the property fabric of the
surrounding area.
