Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Reference, the following definitions shall apply:
a) “Township” means the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Tay;
b) “Committee” means the Heritage Committee;
c) “Council” means the governing body of the Township;
d) “Councillor” means an elected official of the Township, including the Mayor;
e) “Heritage” means properties of cultural heritage value or interest under Parts
IV and V of the Ontario Heritage Act;

Le Conseil entendra une présentation de Hemson Consulting sur une analyse de recouvrement intégral des coûts pour les frais de construction et d'aménagement, proposant des augmentations significatives pour combler un déficit combiné de près de 500 000 $ par an. Ils examineront également une pétition visant à interdire les véhicules motorisés sur le Tay Shore Trail et approuveront des subventions de 1 000 $ aux légions et clubs de lions locaux. Plusieurs règlements sont à adopter, notamment un nouveau règlement sur les clôtures de piscine et un règlement sur la numérotation des propriétés.
