Special Council (NT Power AGM)
Tay Council is acting as sole shareholder of Tay Hydro Inc. to vote on resolutions at the NT Power AGM, including receiving 2025 audited financial statements, appointing auditors KPMG, and electing directors. The meeting also covers a presentation on NT Power's financial performance and the ongoing sale process to Alectra Inc.
