Le MPC recommande de doubler sa propre limite de variation de retrait à 80%
La Municipal Planning Commission a approuvé deux permis de développement : un pour un entrepôt léger industriel et stockage de VR au 5402-57 Street, et un pour un agrandissement de maison avec toilettage canin au 4002 Lakeshore Drive, y compris une variation. La commission a également recommandé de modifier le Land Use Bylaw pour augmenter son autorité de variation de retrait de 40% à 80%.
- Permis de développement approuvé 012-26 pour un entrepôt léger industriel et stockage de VR au 5402-57 Street avec 16 conditions
- Permis de développement approuvé 014-26 pour agrandissement de maison et toilettage canin au 4002 Lakeshore Drive avec une variation de cour latérale de 71%
- Recommandation de modification du règlement pour augmenter le pouvoir de variation de retrait du MPC de 40% à 80%

Le Parks and Recreation Advisory Board recevra des mises à jour sur les améliorations des terrains de baseball aux Diamonds #1, #4 et #5, financées par la Town and County. Ils discuteront d'une subvention pour un terrain sportif polyvalent et de son emplacement potentiel, ainsi que d'une politique d'ouverture/fermeture de l'aréna pour le CAP Arena. Des rapports du personnel sur les ventes d'adhésions au terrain de golf, les ouvertures du camping et du centre d'information touristique, ainsi que l'entretien des installations seront également présentés.
