MPC approves three subdivision applications, with a $3,500/acre reserve

The Municipal Planning Commission will vote on three subdivision proposals: an agricultural split of a 57‑acre parcel, a residential split near McGregor Reservoir, and a country‑residential split creating three 5‑acre lots. Each approval includes conditions such as payment of outstanding taxes, road‑approach agreements, and, for the country‑residential subdivision, a municipal reserve of $3,500 per acre. The meeting also reviews a development permit summary and a renewal of a natural‑resource extraction permit.
