Dysart et al: Council to weigh Camp Adelaide zoning, road closures; committee agendas set
No decisions have been published yet from the municipality's three committee meetings held over the past two weeks, as minutes have not been released. The next regular council meeting, scheduled for Aug. 25, will consider a zoning by-law amendment for Camp Adelaide Ltd. and several road-closing by-laws.
Committee of Adjustment (Aug. 12)
The Committee of Adjustment held a public hearing on three minor variance applications for waterfront properties. The agenda included:
- **1438 Bitter Lake Road (D13-MV-2026-007, Wagman):** three variances to reduce interior side lot line setbacks for a private cabin, accessory building, and shed. Staff recommended conditions including a planting strip and a prohibition on windows or doors on the side abutting the lot line.
